A sweet story to share this Valentine’s Day 💕

Ms. B, 34 years old, and her husband had been trying to conceive naturally for a year without success.
By chance, she came to my clinic.
During the initial consultation, we found her AMH level was only 1.78 — considered low for her age.
(This suggests her ovarian reserve was declining. The average AMH level for women aged 30–34 is around 2.42.)
So the couple hoped to begin treatment as soon as possible.

After two unsuccessful attempts at intrauterine insemination (IUI),
Ms. B decided to move forward with IVF.

During her first egg retrieval, she successfully developed 6 D5 embryos.
2 embryos were transferred, but unfortunately, implantation failed.

Before the second embryo transfer, we performed the
#MIRA Endometrial Receptivity Test,
which uses miRNA molecular probes and big data algorithms
to assess the best window for embryo implantation based on her unique endometrial profile.

With the help of the MIRA test,
we discovered that Ms. B’s optimal implantation window was 24 hours later than the average timing in women of reproductive age.
So, we adjusted the embryo transfer schedule accordingly and postponed it by 24 hours.

The result?
Ms. B gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last June!
Which means this Valentine’s Day, Daddy has a new little sweetheart to celebrate with.
(I’m not jealous at all... really, I’m not. 😆)

Congratulations to these wonderful new parents! 👶💕
